Abstract
This abstract presents an overview of the significance of Vedic literature, which encompasses both Shruti and Smriti texts, as a foundational element of Indian Knowledge Traditions that profoundly influences education and human development. Shruti literature, including the Vedas, Brahmanas, Aranyakas, and Upanishads, imparts eternal truths and spiritual insights, while Smriti literature addresses cultural and social norms, thereby enhancing the understanding of individual roles within society. The Vedic tradition advocates for a holistic approach to knowledge, integrating spiritual (Para) and practical (Apara) education to promote well-rounded personal and societal growth. The Indian education system, shaped by these ancient texts, emphasizes the cultivation of skills, character, and a balanced personality, encouraging students to develop both their inner and outer selves. It seeks to modernize society while preserving cultural heritage, emphasizing community engagement and the adoptio

Abstract
In this paper a PI structure sensor less vector controller of induction motor is proposed fed with PVA. The speed of the induction motor is estimated by speed estimator with three phase voltages and currents inputs. The induction motor is controlled by six switch inverter for which the pulses are generated by hysteresis current loop controller. The speed is estimated through estimated stator flux. The proposed system includes solar photovoltaic (PV) array, a three phase voltage source inverter (VSI) and a motor-pump assembly. An incremental conductance (InC) based MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) algorithm is used to harness maximum power from a PV array. The controller includes speed regulator with PI controller which is used for improving the speed of induction motor.

Abstract
In India, Digital literacy has emerged as a critical driver for economic growth, particularly in rural areas where traditional employment opportunities are limited. This research explores the role of digital literacy in enhancing employment opportunities in rural India (Bharat) by bridging the skill gap. With the rapid adoption of technology and the push towards a digital economy, rural youth face both challenges and opportunities to acquire essential digital skills. This paper examines various digital literacy initiatives, government programs, and the impact of digital training on the employment prospects of rural populations. The research highlights the potential of digital literacy to empower rural communities, reduce unemployment, and foster local entrepreneurship. The findings suggest that digital literacy is a vital tool for rural skill development, but its success depends on infrastructure, accessibility, and community engagement.
