Abstract
With the increase in the digital media transfer and modification of data is very easy. So this work focuses on transferring data by hiding in image. In this work carrier image was used to hide data where DWT feature actual region was utilized. Here whole data hiding is done by modified by using histogram feature shifting method. This approach was utilized to the point that hiding information and image can be effectively recovered. Investigation is done on genuine dataset image. Assessment parameter esteems and demonstrates that proposed work has keep up the SNR, PSNR values with high security of the information

Abstract
In this paper, we have developed a new approach to quadratic fractional programming (QFP) problems where high-level objective quadratic and low-level activity is directly separated. In this way the QFP problem is converted into a single-level quadratic programming (QP) problem with some problems by forcing a low-level problem-solving gap to zero. Then by finding all regional vertices with both low-level problems, namely convex polyhedron, one QP level problem is converted into a series of complete QP problems with specific barriers that can be solved with any standard QP solution. Foremost among the best solutions is providing the right solution for the real problem of bi-level programming (BLP). Theoretical results are illustrated with the help of a numerical model

Abstract
Today in our society Teachers play an important role in implementation of the inclusive education It is concluded in various studies that inclusive education is influenced by positive attitudes of teachers. This study is conducted to review the study on teacher's attitude towards inclusive education and factors related to their attitude. There are various studies conducted on inclusive education and attitude of teachers towards differently abled children. Most of these studies are either based on collectively all forms of disability of differently abled children or only emphasized on learning disability of children. So, there is a need of extensive study of the attitude of teachers towards physically challenged children of all types of schools (Lower Primary School, Upper Primary School, High School and Higher Secondary School)
