Abstract
In rapidly changing business conditions, it has become extremely important to ensure the sustainability of supply chains and further improve the resiliency to those events, that can cause unexpected disruptions in the value supply chain. Although glob- alized supply chains have already been criticized for lack of control over sustainability and resilience of supply chain operations, these issues have become more prevalent in the uncertain environment driven. The use of emerging technologies such as blockchain, Industry 4.0 analytics model and artificial intelligence driven methods are aimed at increasing the sustainability and resilience of supply chains, especially in an uncertain environment. In this context, this research aims to identify the problematic areas encountered in building a resilient and sustainable supply chain in the era and to offer solutions to those problematic areas tackled by an appropriate emerging technology. This research has been contextualized in the automoti

Abstract
The research paper aims to study the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on how lean systems implemented in service industries and extended to the sustainability model. This study explores SLR considering 137 papers published from 2002 to 2019 into account and focusing on the significance of sustainable development of a conceptual model to explore the research further. This literature review triggered the sustainability development in service sectors such as healthcare, education, public sector, banking, and financial services, IT/ITES, telecom services, hotel, and product services. The limitation of this work excluded lean related studies applied in manufacturing sectors and books during the period of study. Specific features discussed on implications of lean applied in service industries and its importance of sustainability, which is scant in the literature. Hence, both academicians and practitioners can be beneficiary from the SLR point of view.

Abstract
Facility layout problem is one of the oldest activities performed by industrial engineers. Facility layout problem or facility layout design has been a popular research area among researchers due its significant influence upon manufacturing cost, material handling cost, work in process, lead time and productivity. “Layout problems are generally found in several types of manufacturing system. Typically, layout problems are related to allocation of facilities (e.g. Machines etc.) in plant. Numerous works related to facility layout have been published so far. However, research on many aspects of facility layout problem is in initial stage; hence facility layout problem is still an emerging field to work on.” Therefore, in this paper a review of work done by numerous researchers have been made about facility layout problem that can be used to meet current and emerging trends in facility layout design. The new developments related to facility layout have been discussed in these studies whic

Abstract
This study delves into the investigation of alternative materials for the fabrication of sports products, focusing on environmentally friendly plant fiber reinforced polymeric composites. With a growing concern for sustainability in manufacturing, the exploration of such materials holds promise for reducing the environmental footprint of sports product production. Through a comprehensive analysis of various plant fibers and their integration with polymeric matrices, this research aims to evaluate their mechanical properties, durability, and environmental impact compared to traditional materials. By examining the feasibility and performance of these composites, this study seeks to contribute to the advancement of eco-friendly practices in the sports industry while maintaining product quality and performance standards.
