Abstract
The emergence of Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Agentic AI) is transforming enterprise information systems by enabling AI agents to autonomously perceive business environments, reason over complex information, make decisions, and execute actions with limited human intervention. This research examines the potential impact of Agentic AI on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and proposes a theoretical framework for enhancing intelligent automation, organizational decision-making, and enterprise agility. Unlike conventional automation and predictive AI, agentic systems can coordinate multi-step tasks across business processes, dynamically respond to changing conditions, and interact with enterprise data and applications to achieve defined business objectives. The study adopts a qualitative research approach based on a literature review and analysis of relevant industry and organizational cases. The proposed framework integrates Agentic A

Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is emerging as a transformative technology with significant implications for how organizations design, manage, and optimize information technology (IT)-enabled business processes. Unlike conventional automation and analytical systems, GenAI can generate content, interpret unstructured information, synthesize knowledge, support complex reasoning, and facilitate human–machine collaboration. This research examines the role of GenAI in IT transformation, with particular emphasis on three interconnected dimensions: process intelligence, intelligent decision-making, and enterprise performance. The study explores how GenAI can enhance process visibility by analyzing structured and unstructured organizational data, identifying process inefficiencies, detecting recurring patterns, and supporting continuous process improvement. It further investigates the contribution of GenAI-enabled systems to decision-making by providing contextual insights, scenario
