Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on our lives, changing how people spend their time, search for and buy things, and how businesses, brands, and marketers advertise and promote their products and services. Has had an impact. During this pandemic, the use of social media channels has increased at a great pace. People have started spending most of their time on the Internet. Along with this, business organizations are also looking to increase their role on online platforms. They have started promoting their products and services on social media channels and have received huge response. For this reason, social media marketing is becoming a growing trend in business marketing. In this exploratory research, we look at how business organizations are benefiting from using social media channels. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of social media marketing on business companies.
