Abstract
In this paper, PV module is designed. The different characteristics curve of solar cell is obtained and its dependency is observed on temperature and irradiation. The flyback converter is used as interface between PV panel and the load. A detailed analysis and operation of converter has been discussed. Perturb and Observe (P&O) MPPT algorithm has been employed for operate the PV panel voltage at the Maximum power point (MPP). Initially, the PV panel peak voltage is obtained directly by varying the duty cycle of the flyback converter. Due to direct duty Ratio control method causes stress on the converter switch. That’s why converter besides a significant amount of power loss. The second MPPT algorithm is also implemented with PI controller and P & O algorithm where algorithm is used to calculate the reference PV voltage. The performance of both method is compared in this paper. The DC voltage is converted into AC voltage by use of single-phase voltage source inverter (VSI)

Abstract
In the industrial environment of developing countries, not all companies will fully implement education and training. There are many reasons for this, including the size of the enterprise, the number of employees, and the operator's belief that investing in human capital is less important in this industry. Most large companies implement education and training for the purpose of sustainable development and increasing the international competitiveness of the industry. Because they have a larger number of employees, education and training can help new recruits integrate more quickly. , it is also easier to control under the control of human resources. This study selects key works in this field through literature collection, and then analyses, compares and organizes them to explore the current situation of education and training implemented by enterprises in developing countries and the substantial impact of education and training on enterprises. It also aims at large enterprises and uses

Abstract
Smart microgrids, as the foundations of the future smart grid, combine distinct Internet of Things (IoT) designs and technologies for applications that are designed to create, regulate, monitor, and protect the microgrid (MG), particularly as the IoT develops and evolves on a daily basis. A smart MG is a small grid that may operate individually or in tandem with the electric grid, and it is ideal for institutional, commercial, and industrial consumers, as well as urban and rural societies. A MG can operate in two methods (stand-alone and grid-connected), with the ability to transition between modes due to local grid faults, planned maintenance, expansions, deficits and failures in the host system, and other factors. Energy storage is the process of storing and converting energy that can be used for a variety of purposes, including voltage and frequency management, power backup, and cost optimization. IoT is designed to deliver solutions for optimal energy management, security protocols

Abstract
The increasing demand for antiviral RNA therapy is driven by the rise of new viral infections. However, the exploration of small non-coding regulatory RNAs (sRNA) from microbial sources for antiviral activity remains largely untapped. This study focuses on evaluating the anti-HIV potential of sRNA produced by 12 distinct microbial species isolated from naturally fermented foods in North-East India. The sRNA was selectively extracted from microbial cultures, its single-stranded nature confirmed through immunoblotting, and the cDNA library deep-sequenced using the Illumina platform. Employing conventional algorithms, we predicted potential targets of the sRNA sequences within the 3'-UTR region of HIV-1
